This one is just for adults so grab your baby sitter and get going! This event, held September 9th, is you perfect opportunity to sample brews from local (and state wide) breweries! Not to mention local food trucks will be slinging their food! There’ s Alice size Beer pin, a live Dj and a Dallas Stars skill zone to keep you entertained all night!
Addison Oktober Fest
Addison Oktober Fest, September 14-17 , is fun for the whole family. With Dachund races, a Kidsgarten for arts and crafts and a spot for teens with over sized games everyone will stay entertained. Don’t miss the Masskrugstemmen where people compete to see who can hold a pint of beer at shoulder level the longest. I’d pay to see that.
Grapevine Grapefest
Once you’ve had enough of Addison head on over the Grapevine for the ultimate fest, the Wine Fest! Grapefest features a Champaigne Cork shoot off and a good old fashioned grape stomp! They do have family friendly activities as well, so bring the whole crew!
Little Elm Autumn Fest
held September 14-17 in Little Elm Park this fun fest is another one for the whole family. Carnival rides, live music, and food trucks are jsut a few of the things you can expect to see there. This year they will be celebrating Mexican Independence Day with performances from Ballet Folklorico, Mariachi Bands and the Selena Forever Tribute Band.
